How are you coping with your stress and anxieties through this COVID-19 unprecedented times? Are you trying to set the anxieties aside, and just trying to focus on what’s in front of you, not really getting anywhere? Are you just hoping that these crisis times will end, and things will get back to how they used to be?
We tend to think these anxious thoughts are not good, and we usually tuck them away or try not to pay attention to them, but we have a slightly different view. These times are extremely valuable times to look into the root of the anxieties. These anxious thoughts can actually be full of wisdom and we can find something new about ourselves as leaders.
In this workshop, we will introduce you some coaching methods that can help you reflect on yourself, and you will practise using it with a coaching partner. We also offer a free coaching follow up session by Ayaka or Maki.
